STILLNESS IN MOTION is about helping you live a more fulfilling and active lifestyle through cultivating a peaceful mind and a healthier body.

My name is Denise Sandor, and I take a mindful approach to movement to help you find a still, clear, joyous state of mind while moving to build a range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, and an overall healthier body. Stillness in Motion (SIM) is a proprietary style that brings together my training in yoga, meditation, group fitness, somatics, paddle boarding, pole fitness, coaching, and intuition. I provide a positive and encouraging environment where students can leave their worries at the door, focus on their health, be mindfully and safely challenged, and find Stillness in Motion.

SIM provides a way for you to find your roots and wings through an individualized approach that will assist individuals in living healthier lives and achieving personal goals by becoming grounded and less stressed through a fun fitness modality.

I believe taking time for self-care of the body and mind in this technology-based and constantly forward-moving world is a key root to living a rich and fulfilling life. Being healthy in body and mind does not have to be a boring or monotonous experience. I bring years of experience and knowledge from various fitness modalities and amazing teachers and trainers and provide a positive and light attitude, and an understanding of different daily struggles. There are so many things moving through everyone’s life at one time that people need time to be in a space to let the mind calm and the body to strengthen and heal.
