My name is Denise Sandor.
I take a mindful approach to movement to help you find a still, clear, joyous state of mind while moving to build a range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, and an overall healthier body.
Stillness in Motion (SIM) is a proprietary style that brings together my training in yoga, meditation, group fitness, somatics, paddle boarding, pole fitness, coaching, and intuition.
I provide a positive and encouraging environment where students can leave their worries at the door, focus on their health, be mindfully and safely challenged, and find Stillness in Motion.
